This magnificent three-piece collection , Édition Atelier King of the Arctic (2025), celebrates the artistic creation process behind one of the most powerful wildlife portraits in modern numismatics. From the original artists sketch and numbered lithograph on handmade paper to the plaster model and copper motif strike, each element reveals a step in the making of a masterpiece. The highlight of the set is the 5 oz pure silver coin, struck in flawless First Strike quality and finished in Antique High Relief. Presented in an elegant black luxury box, this edition unites art, craftsmanship, and the untamed spirit of the Arctic. Limited mintage of only 250 sets worldwide! The reverse of the coin presents a captivating family of polar bears crossing the icy Arctic terrain, surrounded by drifting ice and flying seabirds. Above, the inscription KING OF THE ARCTIC completes the design, while below appear the inscriptions 5 OZ .999 AG and the artists signature P. De Greef. The obverse of the coin features the Coat of Arms of Côte dIvoire and the inscriptions: RÉPUBLIQUE DE CÔTE DIVOIRE the issuing country, 2025 the year of issue, and 5000 FRANCS CFA the face value.
